STRATEGIC PLANNING

Research Associates works with Boards of Directors, CEO's, organizations, associations, community groups and others to look at their current operations, existing plan and other areas to determine future direction(s). 

The following activities are conducted to assist in creating a vision for the future: 

• Assessment & Evaluation -- identifying current internal and external status, needs and effectiveness

• Organizational Analysis -- identifying and analyzing current policies and procedures, operations, strengths and weaknesses

• Facilitation -- organizing and moderating meetings, focus groups, and discussions

• Plan Development -- preparing a 2 to 5 year strategic plan; and/or planning a program or project
  

RA will also assist in the development or expansion of coalitions, collaborative relationships and partnerships.  The purpose of the relationship building may be:

• to develop or expand relationships,
• to the implement a strategic goal,
• to address critical issue or policy in a collective manner, or
• to build the capacity with others to impact a course of action or to seek a desired outcome.
